Lighter and slower spins are great for warmups before activity, and gentle enough to use while you are recovering, as long as your clinician says it is okay. You can also simply use it like a toy for enjoyment.

Ergonomic silicone grip
Color shows difficulty in real time
No batteries or buttons needed

An arm injury is painful and expensive.

Rehab after an injury is expensive, and a decent health insurance may not be accessible. There is also anxiety around not being able to rely confidently on your arms to do what you need to do. You shouldn't have to feel this way and pause on what you love doing. It is cheaper and easier to keep your arms strong than to recover from an injury.

ok so my friend (also an artist) would NOT stop talking about this thing so i caved and got one. first of all?? adorable. it lives on my desk now and i fidget with it constantly! took me a hot minute to get the spin going ngl, i was struggling, but it clicked after a few tries and now it's basically muscle memory. GUYS i can spin green for 28 seconds before my arm gives out, we are improving!! my hands get a real workout and honestly it's become the little ritual i do every day. obsessed. telling everyone i know.

Three step plan:

1

Learn it

Read "How to start the wrist ball" on the pamphlet included in the box. We also have video guides on our website and social links. Build correct muscle memory by staying at the blue-green level and focus on maintaining a steady spin with a comfortable but firm grip.

2

Progress

Once you can tolerate spinning at blue level for 1 minute uninterrupted, you are ready to progress to green for 1 minute. It is actually challenging if your arms are not conditioned yet, so you may need to take breaks. Respect the pain and don't hurt yourself.

3

Consistency

We recommend using it at least 3x a week for results, up to every day as needed. Blue and green spinning are gentle levels that work well for warmups and for conditioning that supports wrist-heavy activities like calisthenics and playing instruments. Red and beyond are really challenging and will build endurance for your tendons and muscles. Just don't push too far too fast.

If you are currently recovering from an injury or surgery and working with a professional, please consult them about use.

At our clinic focused on musicians and artists, we see frequent stress injuries.

At LBG Studio, we treat the hands, wrists, and arms. After recovery, patients always inquire about how to manage the risk of getting injured again in the future. We know how an injury can keep patients from working for weeks or months. We value providing them with tools and understanding to continue improving their resilience.

Get your own gyroball to help build the strength and condition of your hands, wrists, and arms so they can better handle repetitive stress.

A silicone cover that helps with grip and use

The soft seal-shaped cover gives you a firmer, more secure grip on the ball than a bare plastic shell. Less slipping, more control.

Grip it the way that feels best

Pupu's shape gives you more than one natural way to hold it, so you can find the grip that is most comfortable for your hand.

Shift the challenge where you want it

The raised head lets you place a specific finger higher on the ball, shifting more of the effort onto it just by changing where you grip.

Five colors. You always know how hard you are working.

The light changes color as you spin faster. The color shows your difficulty level, so you and your clinician can see your progress.
